It's not that I'm a
bad cook. I just need very specific instructions. I
have to have a recipe. I can't just wing it - add a little of this, a little of that. Nope, that's not me. Not with cooking anyway. With baking? You bet '
cha. I got that part of my brain - the sweet part. Ha!
This is why I find
this to be so wonderful. I could sit here all night watching how-to cook videos. She talks to me like I'm a moron, which is great. She assumes I know nothing, which is pretty accurate.
Trophy Hub's all time favorite meal is BBQ pulled pork and there's a video teaching
the moron me exactly how to do it. I may try the grilled corn too. Call me wild and crazy!
